When you place your order, you will receive a confirmation from us. We then begin processing your order and we aim ship it out as fast as possible. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with tracking information. Most local deliveries take 3 - 6 days, international please allow for up to 10 days. We ship internationally to most countries, with rates quoted at check out. For orders outside EU please note that we do not cover any extra charges related to import customs, handling or taxes.
We accept returns if your order is returned no later than 14 days from the date of receipt.
To return your product, please e-mail us first to arrange the details.
Please also state your reason and that your product has not been used, damaged or otherwise tampered with.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we otherwise can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (depending on your bank).
All bracelets are elastic string one-size (approx. 18 cm Ø) Should your reason for returning be a problem with the fit of your bracelet, please note, that we are always happy to alter or adjust the size to fit. Please don't pull or tear the elastic string too hard or repetitively when in use, but gently expand when putting the bracelet on and taking it off, this will prolong the life of the string.
Always store your bracelet in the provided purse inside the box when not wearing. Stone, glass and crystal beads are delicate, please be careful not to hit hard surfaces and don’t wear your bracelet when bathing, doing sports or any kind of rough manual work. Be aware that hairspray, perfume, cosmetics, chlorine and chemicals may cause damage to pearls/beads/crystals as they may have a porous surface. No natural jewellery can withstand wear and tear from daily use so be gentle and thoughtful when wearing.
Wipe the beads with a soft and slightly damp cloth. Never use a brush or any soap or chemicals on the beads. We recommend using a silver polishing cloth to remove any tarnish from the sterling silver pendant. Silver naturally oxdidizes when coming into contact with other materials and your skin’s surface, this may leave darker marks on neighbouring stones, depending on their corresponding reactivity. This process is natural and not a fault, you can gently wipe them clean.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE STONES:
All the stones are natural, and no two stones are alike. This means some stones may have have small bumps, cracks, unevenness or smaller chips. We strive to source the most beautiful stones that live up to our high standards and each stone in each bracelet has been through our hands, inspected lovingly and chosen by us. So should these variants occur in your bracelet please don’t regard them as ‘faults’ but merely the natural quirks and organic nature of these amazing, magical stones. We personally tend to favour the ones with visible characteristics as we regard them having a strong ‘personality’.
We recommend you use your bracelet as a personal talisman, evoking in you all your best aspirations, dreams and manifestations. Feel inspired by the various property descriptions assigned to the different beads.
